FM System, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") plans and develops business systems, cloud services, and software products in the field of managing and operating buildings and facilities, and our corporate objective is to contribute to the effective utilization of our customers' building assets. To realize this corporate objective, we recognize that it is our social responsibility to strictly protect our customers' building asset information and information assets related to the execution of our business. To protect these assets, we have introduced an information security management system within the company, and we hereby declare that the entire company will properly maintain and manage this system in accordance with the following basic policy on information security.

1. Purpose of Information Security
   

   The purpose of information security is to prevent information security accidents such as "information leakage," "falsification," and "theft" by appropriately operating the information security management system, and to build a relationship of trust with our customers and society.

2. Applicable Laws
   

   We shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and all laws, regulations, and contracts with our customers related to information security.

3. Maintenance and Management System
   

   We shall establish an Information Security Committee as a function to promote the information security management system, assign departmental security managers and personnel in charge throughout the company, and implement appropriate management of information assets.

4. Information Security Education, Training and Awareness
   

   The Company shall provide necessary education and training on information security to its executive officers and all persons working for the Company to make each of them aware of the importance of information security activities, thereby improving information morale and ensuring that all relevant regulations are well known to all employees.

5. Periodic Review and Continuous Improvement
   

   We will periodically review and continuously improve the information security management system we have established.
